Mindfulness is a buzzword that we hear a lot of these days. Do we really know what it is, why do we need it and more importantly, how do we practice Mindfulness and apply it in our daily lives?
Mindfulness is about being present, being aware of what is happening around you and noticing what is happening inside your mind (and your body). While it sounds simple enough, and it really is, yet many of us do not practice mindfulness or just don’t know how.
